Created in 1993, ELEVAGES PERIGORD has a real knowledge in the activity of the duck. This structure is the biggest manufacturer of duck foie gras in Quebec. Customers are Canadian and from the entire USA; This is the first slaughtering site specialized into foie gras ducks in North America and the second unit export agreed for Europe and the USA.
